Your safe Holiday in Sardinia

Hotel Castello's Safety Measures

Last summer, our staff and guests showed us that it is possible to have a safe holiday.

This year, we have strengthened our safety procedures and developed some special services to give our guests a safe holiday in Sardinia.

Give us a hand. Please, always respect protocols and be responsible, inside and outside the hotel.

The Staff

A properly fitted mask, continuous hand sanitisation and careful application of protocols: the professionalism of our staff is the first guarantee of safety.

If, during your stay, you should experience symptoms related to Covid-19 or come into contact with positive or suspected positives, please notify us, who will promptly activate the required protocols.

Flexible cancellation

All our rooms allow reservations with flexible cancellation policies.

We’re optimistic that next summer will be a worry-free one, but your booking must be too.

Arrival

We have activated the possibility of online check-in. You can send us your personal details and documents (ID card and tax code) by email, thus speeding up the check-in process.

On arrival, simply show your ID card to the reception staff.

To guarantee your total independence, we will give you the room keys on arrival, and you can keep them until you check out.

If you are a group, choose online check-in and, in any case, take care to collect your documents and hand them over to a single person, to whom we will give the keys.

In your room

The architectural structure of the hotel naturally favours social distancing: each room has its own entrance and private outdoor areas.

You can also request various services directly in your room, such as breakfast or take-away dinner.

So, once you’ve checked in, you might not have to go to reception until check-out.

The common areas

The solarium, the swimming pool and the breakfast room: all shared areas are open spaces, where crowds are rare to find.

We invite you to visit reception only if necessary, taking into account safety protocols.

In all shared spaces, always take care to respect the signs and procedures indicated.

To allow you to use the common areas in complete safety, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Periodic sanitisation of rooms and common areas
  • Sanitiser available in common areas
  • Signage in common areas
  • Compulsory face mask and distancing in enclosed areas
  • No crowding in all areas
  • Thermometer available at reception

Breakfast

We have given up on the buffet and opted for table service.

Breakfast is held in the panoramic open-air dining room, and tables are placed in compliance with safety distances.

You can also enjoy breakfast in your room, which is available for a small supplement.
