This year, we have strengthened our safety procedures and developed some special services to give our guests a safe holiday in Sardinia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Staff<\/h2>\n

A properly fitted mask<\/strong>, continuous hand sanitisation<\/strong> and careful application of protocols<\/strong>: the professionalism of our staff is the first guarantee of safety.<\/p>\n

If, during your stay, you should experience symptoms related to Covid-19 or come into contact with positive or suspected positives, please notify us, who will promptly activate the required protocols.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text size=”0″]<\/p>\n

Flexible cancellation<\/h2>\n

All our rooms allow reservations with flexible cancellation policies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We’re optimistic that next summer will be a worry-free one, but your booking must be too.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text size=”0″]<\/p>\n

Arrival<\/h2>\n

We have activated the possibility of online check-in<\/strong>. You can send us your personal details and documents (ID card and tax code) by email, thus speeding up the check-in process.<\/p>\n

On arrival, simply show your ID card to the reception staff.<\/p>\n

To guarantee your total independence, we will give you the room keys on arrival<\/strong>, and you can keep them until you check out.<\/p>\n

If you are a group, choose online check-in and, in any case, take care to collect your documents and hand them over to a single person, to whom we will give the keys.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text size=”0″]<\/p>\n

In your room<\/h2>\n

The architectural structure of the hotel naturally favours social distancing<\/strong>: each room has its own entrance<\/strong> and private outdoor areas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can also request various services directly in your room, such as breakfast<\/strong> or take-away dinner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So, once you’ve checked in, you might not have to go to reception until check-out.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text size=”0″]<\/p>\n

The common areas<\/h2>\n

The solarium, the swimming pool and the breakfast room: all shared areas are open spaces<\/strong>, where crowds are rare to find.<\/p>\n

We invite you to visit reception only if necessary, taking into account safety protocols<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In all shared spaces, always take care to respect the signs and procedures<\/strong> indicated.<\/p>\n

To allow you to use the common areas in complete safety, we have implemented the following measures:<\/p>\n

  • Sanitiser available<\/strong> in common areas<\/li>\n
  • Signage<\/strong> in common areas<\/li>\n

  • No crowding<\/strong> in all areas<\/li>\n
  • Thermometer<\/strong> available at reception<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We have given up on the buffet and opted for table service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
